How to take this photo - general
- Make sure your child has clean hands and face.
- Comb the hair neatly to ensure no stray strands. Make sure hair is not covering their face.
- Ensure outfit suits your chosen background
- Use a smartphone or digital camera, do not use an iPad or other tablet to take the photo.
- Take the photo during the day in a bright room (no direct sunlight).
- Take the photo vertically holding the camera/phone straigth at 90 degree angle.
- Keep the camera at eye level so you are looking neither up nor down. You may have to crouch to do this.
- Photograph your child completely from head to toe.
How to take a photo for this background

Stand your kids in front of a wall, slightly back to back. If they have a sword to hold, this works well. hold the sword up with two hands but take care not to cover face.
You need to get the full body from head to knee in this photo.
I can add elements but it's best to choose clothing that suits the theme you've chosen. If you don't have a knight outfit, choose dark colours, something like plain jeans and a plain jumper or t-shirt.

You can then either email your photo directly to me at legendstudiosderby@gmail.com or if you would prefer to send by secure mail, I can send you a link to upload to drop box. Any questions do not hesitate to ask.
Please allow 3 to 5 days for your image to be created. If you need it in a hurry, please let me know, I can usually accommodate.
